McLeod Fire Rake with 60" Fibreglass Handle
The Wildland McLeod Fire Rake is a professional forestry and wildfire hand tool designed for clearing surface fuels, cutting vegetation and preparing firelines.
The heat-treated carbon-steel head features six sharpened rake teeth for pulling away grass, leaves, needles, roots and light brush. The opposite flat blade can be used for scraping, cutting and moving soil to expose mineral earth and shape fire-control lines.
A heavy-duty 1.5 m fibreglass handle provides reach and leverage during demanding ground operations. The combination rake-and-hoe configuration allows personnel to alternate between raking, scraping and light digging without carrying separate tools.
